Owner and Senior Associate

Marcus Hardy has over 29 years of corrections experience and is highly sought after for his expertise in facility master planning, staff wellness and corrections operations. He is extremely well-versed in the overall operations of correctional facilities and is a thought leader among peers in the field. Marcus' outcome driven and solutions oriented approach are what makes him extremely valuable to any conversation involving complex situations.

STEPHANIE RAWLINGS

Associate - Staff Wellness

Stephanie Rawlings has over 12 years of corrections experience with specific expertise in the area of staff wellness. She previously served as the Staff Wellness Program Administrator for the Illinois Department of Corrections and currently serves as the Director of Workforce Wellness for the Florida Department of Children and Families. Stephanie is certified to deliver responses in Critical Incident Stress Management, Trauma Informed Response, and is a Licensed instructor for Desert Waters Correctional Outreach. She has served on numerous wellness panels/workgroups for corrections wellness. Stephanie is sought both nationally and internationally for her expertise on corrections wellness program implementation, subject matter, and wellness operations in large organizations.

DR. JENNIFER JACKSON, EDD, RD, LDN

Associate - Dietician

Dr. Jennifer Jackson is a registered and licensed dietitian and founder of Keystone Partners, LLC d/b/a Keystone Nutrition. She has been practicing as a dietitian for over 20 years and has provided services to multiple human service and private agencies, as well as county jails, state prisons, and juvenile detention homes. Dr. Jackson teaches nutrition at several colleges and universities, and provides nutrition education and presentations to men, women and children; connecting nutrition to well-being.

JOSH CHRISTINE

Associate - Operations and Staffing

Josh Christine has over 20 years corrections experience, specifically in the area of operations and staffing. He is currently the Operations Supervisor for the Illinois Department of Corrections. Josh has the unique talent and ability of assessing and creating efficient staffing plans. He is well respected by his peers and has provided assistance to other corrections staffing consultants. Josh has also served as an operations consultant with the National Institute of Corrections.

WILLIE BONDS

Associate - Operations

Willie Bonds started his career as an officer and climbed through the ranks, both in uniform and as a civilian, ultimately concluding his professional journey as the Deputy Commissioner for the NJ Department of Corrections. With over 25 years of experience in corrections, Willie has primarily focused on facility operations. He possesses a wealth of firsthand supervisory experience at all levels, from frontline to executive positions within the field of corrections. Furthermore, Willie has expertise in conducting policy and compliance reviews, staff mentoring, security audits, use of force reviews, as well as staffing assessments. Willie is a true professional in the field of corrections and is highly respected amongst peers.
